My Italian language friends Isa, Luisa, Marion, Mitra and I were treated to a really wonderful lunch made by our classmate Judy.
Judy traveled to Lucca a couple months ago for a weeks worth of cooking classes. Upon her return she promised she’d cook some of the many dishes she learned to prepare.
Some of the appetizers were mozzarella in a creamy tomato puree
grilled zucchini,
mushrooms in a vinaigrette,
a white bean dip,
pasta with bolognese sauce
and a semi Freddo with a crushed brittle and chocolate sauce.
Everything was delizioso! Grazie Mille Judy!
