A slow Sunday. We shopped early at H Mart. For those of you not familiar with this Asian store here is the description: “H Mart is special because it acts as a premier, one-stop destination for high-quality Asian groceries—specifically Korean—combined with curated, trendy, and often hard-to-find international products. Anyway we like it and it’s in Lakewood. Again we had a surplus of apples and I made an apple crumble. Our Sunday dinner was chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes and broccoli . We opened the Pinot noir I won at yesterday’s raffle ( it was in the spa basket I won). A very quiet Sunday . Hope yours was nice.
