Celebrating Mitra's Birthday part 3
Our tour of the design house in Pasadena ended around four and then we
walked the beautiful Descanso garden grounds. We needed to delay getting
into commuter traffic so we headed to the very established "Arroyo
Parkway Grill" for happy hour! What a classic great interior complete
with piano player guy! They make the best old fashions according to Marion ! A really pleasant ending to a spectacular day for the Tre stagioni!
Celebrating Mitra's Birthday Part 2
After lunch we had a 2:00 reservation for the Pasadena Showcase Design
House held this year at Descanso Gardens. We all fell in love with the
Master bedroom (no pics of that sorry). The flowers and grounds of the
gardens are in magnificent bloom. We loved walking through the rose
garden. A beautiful afternoon with Marion and Mitra.
Celebrating Mitra's Birthday Part 1
A belated birthday celebration for my friend Mitra started off with lunch at the new Granville restaurant on Lake street
in Pasadena. We arrived shortly after 11:00. They dont take reservations
for small parties. It's a beautiful interior bar (rooftop bar opens
at 4pm). Place filled up quickly and by 11:30 completely filled. Food
was great!
