April 22 it rained the day we arrived and it’s raining on the day we are leaving. Our flight, if all goes well, takes off at 5:30 pm in a couple of hours and we gain a day so we will arrive on April 22 in the early afternoon. Though cold we went to the beach to a local hotel with a view for some refreshments.
Yesterday two favorite birds landed on a tree near the veranda. The red green bird in named by Athena and Jude “Christmas George” can’t remember the other name. Before the kids were born they would eat out of Athena’s hand.
Hoping there will be no delays! Thanks for sharing our trip down under.
