Gravlox on a
crispy garlic baguette toast and served with a creamy Dill Homemade Mayonnaise.
Pork Wellington
with Mushroom sauce, A Selection of Fine French, Italian, English and American
Cheeses, accompanied by Greek dried Figs, Japanese Pears, Raspberries, Black
Berries, Forell Pears, California Red Grapes, Italian dried Apricots, Lavosh.
Olives from
Puglia, Hand carried, LOL!
The Desserts were:
Creme Caramel with
pulled sugar.
Panna Cotta
accompanied by a Coulis of Raspberries and Blueberries.
Italian Plum Cake
served with a Creme Anglais.
German Cherry Cake
like my Grandmother used to make it.

filled with a Bavarian Cream.
Washington Bosc
