Mike made a great dinner tonight. Yellow fin tuna marinated in homemade teriyaki sauce (made in air fryer) , jasmine rice, salad with homemade miso dressing. Pickled daikon and pickled ginger. It was delicious! Our neighbor's dad Ed caught the fish. Ed thank you for sharing your catch!
Miso dressing recipe: 2 tablespoons dark miso 1 Tablspoon sesame oil. 2 tsp. Tamari, 1 Tblsp. Rice vinegar, 1 Tblsp. Orange juice, 1 tsp. Honey, grated ginger to taste.
Fish in Air fryer: Fish setting for 10 minutes with the marinade.
