January 9th Walk at Bolsa Chica Beach

 

This is an experiment in Panorama picture taking by Mike. I hope you can see what we did by scrolling to the side. We had just looked beyond across Pacific Coast highway and in the distance we could see the snow capped mountains. I said look how on this January day we can see the blue Pacific on one side and on the other we can see the mountains with snow. After a lot of cold wet mornings this was a perfect day to walk at Bolsa Chica beach. We walked about 5 miles with hardly a soul around on the bike path. However there were tons of surfers in the water. Sunday January 9th in southern California.
