Saturday October 11, 2025 The Big Reunion
The Palm Springs reunion kicked off today.These three guys Marty, Barry and Mike all met at the Jewish synagogue in Alhambra and have been friends since age 8! As I have mentioned I met them when they were seniors in high school when my cousin Pati and some friends and I had the “Everyday Cartoon” hippie shop in Pasadena. Yesterday we reunited (cousin Pati in Vermont and Holly in Washington weren’t able to make this reunion but we hope to zoom with Pati today). Needless to say the day was spent reminiscing 50 years of memories. We laughed the hardest when we tried to recreate the picture of the three guys by a doorstop vertically positioned ( picture below. ) As hard as we tried we could not physically do this without injury so I said let’s take this horizontally and I’ll turn the picture sideways. We laughed hysterically and they said “only for you we are doing this!” The following are some past present photos. More fun today.
