We visited my moms 105 year old BFF Helen whom I’ve spoken of many times. Her daughter asked us to come for lunch yesterday. Helen is doing well but is no longer ambulatory. She has such a sweet disposition and really enjoyed the carrot cake my sister Jocelyn made. We sat and talked with her about old times and though hard of hearing she has such a good memory for many things and a funny sense of humor. She makes us all laugh. We feel incredibly lucky to be able to visit with her again.
