Reliving A Milestone Birthday

 On Saturday June 4th Aria and Daniele hosted Sofia's 1st birthday party.  We had watched the weather reports which were predicting rainstorms.  Up until the last minute we were hoping to have the party outside in their backyard play grassy area. We decided to be safe and moved the venue to the covered outdoor pavilion. 

 It was a day filled with lots of friends

and food

 and of course  lots of  gifts

and cake

but there was no rain! Only beautiful billowy clouds.

And this is how we celebrated our little Sofia's first birthday!
