Thoughts for a Sunday

It’s a clear beautiful sunny day in Long Beach. We set up chairs in our front yard and watched people jogging by, some families riding bikes. Things are very quiet in our neighborhood. There is a beautiful blue sky overhead with billowy clouds. The sun feels comforting. My heart is breaking for everyone around the world that is suffering so and special prayers for all the beautiful people of Italy. May we all remain strong and hopeful that this too shall pass. I keep saying we are all in this together. Forza Italia, forza tutti!
