I watched a YouTube on how to prep pad Thai so that the cooking time is five minutes. Of course the prep is what takes the effort but it came out great. After lunch Mike and I took a ride to H Mart the Korean Asian market and we were able to find everything I needed. I’ll post a link in the comments.
