Had a lovely Christmas outing with Tracy today. A cozy lunch at 555 restaurant downtown and then a tour of the 1906 Bembridge home decorated for the holidays. All of these years living in Long Beach and this was our first time visiting this historic site. Christmas cookies and hot cider and cocoa served in the carriage house at the end of the tour.
