My Italian language group celebrated the holidays together today. The potluck lunch featured yummy spritze’s, appetizers, pork loin, peas, Persian rice, a beautiful salad with mandarin orange slices, pomagranate seeds and almonds. For dessert a lemon ricotta cake with fresh berries. We had fun opening our gifts and playing left right center. Grazie Mille Judy for hosting and to my wonderful friends Luisa, Isa, Marion, and Mitra.
