On April 18th I rode the blue line metro train from Long Beach to downtown L.A. I had a rendezvous with my friends Mary and David who where riding the metro gold from Pasadena and my friend Ana who was riding the Expo line. Our destination meet up was 7th and Hope at 11:00 a.m.
My metro line for boarding is the Willow station. They have new overhead covers for this stop.
As planned everyone was on time and we all walked just a couple of blocks to "Little Sister" an asian fusion themed restaurant located at 523 W 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017
The interior has a very cool vibe
The place was pretty empty at 11:00 but by noon it was packed.
The food was great!
After lunch we walked across the street to the beautiful bakery/restaurant Bottega Louie

After a wonderful reunion we all headed home on our separate trains. A fun adventure with friends in downtown L.A.
