A Valentine Tea Party by Tracy

I call my friend Tracy the Queen of Tea Parties. She hosts the best Tea Parties I have ever experienced. 

 This year she invited me to a tea on the 4th of February but I was unable to attend. 

She then hosted a wonderful re-do of her party the following Tuesday for myself and two other friends that were unable to attend on Saturday. 

 It was such a lovely afternoon of merriment and Valentine festivities.
