Doing some catch up posting of fun adventures that happened in the Spring. Time flies so quickly. Was able to meet my friend Terry at Din Tai Fung at South Coast Plaza for lunch April 12th. My first time at this restaurant. Flavors of the dumplings were delicate and wonderful. Seeing Terry was the best.
