Keep Moving Forward

"Around here,
we don't look backwards
for very long...
We keep moving forward,
opening up new doors and
doing new things
because we're curious...
and curosity keeps leading us
down new paths." -Walt Disney

Winter Wonderings

“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says, "Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.”
-Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass

Snow Falling

"Snow was falling,
so much like stars
filling the dark trees
that one could easily imagine
its reason for being was nothing more
than prettiness.”
-Mary Oliver

Italian Christmas Festa December 15, 2017

The last Italian language class for the year.  We celebrated with a potluck lunch.

 We played mexican train...

  and many, hilarious laughs about

 word translation differences
   between Farsi and Italian.

Thank you Judy for a wonderful party!
