Dinner at Ephesus

 The kids took us to a nice restaurant on our last night in Dallas. It's called Ephesus and has wonderful middle eastern food.

On one sunny afternoon in late February in Dallas, Jocelyn and I were relaxing on the patio of the kids condo. We enjoyed passing the time making paper origami cranes for upcoming family weddings.

 A Day with Cousin Denny In Dallas

When my sister and I were in Dallas at the end of February we met up with our cousin Denny. He took us to a great fried chicken restaurant called "Chicken Moto".   

It combined two of my cousins favorite things: Fried Chicken 

and motorcyles.  

Owned by a young Korean American guy who was born and raised in Texas his food combines southern favorites with a spicy Korean asian twist. 

The guy also loves motorcycles and had met my cousin at a motorcycle event. 

We had a great time and loved the food here. Thanks Cousin Denny for a great day and a new twist on Southern Fried chicken.
