Surfing San Onofre State Beach

May 7th we headed south on Coast Highway to San Onofre State Beach.  We were hoping for good waves and sunshine and got both!

When we first arrived it was overcast and cool. Mike found a comfortable spot to read his book.

When the sun came  Mike discovered a great new place for shade.

A great time to relax in the sun

take walks on the beach

and take a snooze or two!

After a fun day in the sun and surf we were ready to eat so

We headed to Pedro's in San Clemente

Mmmm fish tacos and burritos hit the spot!

What a fun day for all of us at the beach!
