Poisson Cru

Tonight’s Tahitian Poisson Cru dinner was spot on. Mike did a great job replicating this dish. We ate it with jasmine rice and garnished with shredded coconut and limes. All we needed was to be sitting on a sandy beach by an aquamarine blue ocean. We did have our spritz’s in hand.
