Sunset Beach August. 13th

Mike decided to take the day off. He took a long bike ride at sunrise and then we spent three hours at Sunset Beach. Overcast with beautiful clouds, so peaceful. Hardly anyone on the beach except surfers.  

 Get into the habit of
asking yourself.
"Does this support
the life I'm trying to
create?"
