Gazpacho and Burrata for Dinner

This afternoon I was trying to think how I could use the tomatoes from our garden and someone mentioned the other day they were making gazpacho. I looked up Ina Gartens recipe and tweaked it a notch. With this cold soup we had the Burrata cheese from yesterday’s purchase and a crusty bread. That Burrata! Mmmmm heavenly.
