Day 8 An Afternoon at Lake Wingra

On August 11th we went grocery shopping at Woodman's grocery store and bought ingredients for a Thai vegetable curry.  

 We also drove to Trader Joe's do some shopping. 

Sofia managed to sleep most of the afternoon.

  We took a ride to Lake Wingra where they rent kayaks and paddle boards. We had a nice time watching people on the lake doing various water sports. It was a hot day even by the lake!

 Sofia seemed to be the coolest of all of us.

May not have been the best idea for a hot summer meal but we enjoyed a spicy vegetable curry for dinner.
