Our book club had our August meeting via zoom today. We read "Rules for Visiting" by Jessica Francis Kane. We all enjoyed this delightful, funny book about a 40 year old quirky botanist May Attaway who is on a quest for understanding the friendships and relationships in her life. It is a look at the way we stay in touch with our friends with side notes on pondering what makes a good visit, what makes a good guest and host. Lots of funny revelations along the way for May Attaway and for the reader as well.
