I had an adventure this week. I went to Cappy's restaurant after almost 38 years of wanting to have lunch at this Newport Beach cafe. Located on Pacific Coast Highway I had often driven by this place noting most importantly that the name was Cappy's Cafe and Cappy was one of my daughter Aria's invisible friends when she was around 2 years old . So anyway I finally got there and it was like stepping into an alternate universe. Fully packed with customers it was like a scene from a movie from the 1960's. The food was good and the atmosphere perfect. It was a fun adventure out followed by some shopping on Balboa island.
