On Wednesdays after the baby is born there are nurse helpers of every sort who come to check and help Athena. I walk to town and shop and have lunch on those days. I love this little beach town of Austinmer and enjoy trying different restaurants. I shop at the little book store and especially enjoy the Thai restaurant.
