About my fun and funny unplanned adventure today. I was texting in the early morning with my friend Sherri. We were chatting about the chores she and I had on our to do lists. I had a light bulb flash of a fun idea. I said “I just bought some of those face masks that you have to wear for 40 minutes. Would you be able to meet up just for an hour to do that together?” I thought I could spare an hour away from my chores. Sherri responded “Yayyy! You bring the masks and I’ll chill the Prosecco!” Done done and done! We met up for a brief but very fun spa adventure.
We laughed so hard putting on those slippery masks and trying to figure out how we could sit back and drink and not have the masks fall off our faces.
and of course these glasses helped too!
The music filled the air as did our laughter.
Lesson remembered: Carpe diem!
Remember to make time for some fun even if it’s just an hour out of your day!
