Reflections From Kian On Nancy's Celebration of Life

Back Together Now by Kian Harrow

You know that feeling when you feel like you are connected to a person? Like you're meant to get along?  Well that's what I felt when I went to California not for a vacation for a family meet up because somebody died.

It was held in a restaurant which I assumed they rented for the night. There were pictures and paintings

that the person that died made and you could bring some home if you wanted to. (we did)

When we were there, people gave speeches and cried.  But the thing that stood out for me was the story.  While they were telling the story I felt a sense of comfort, I don't exactly know why but if you heard the story you would probably feel a sense of comfort too. The story really showed how people who

barely knew each other can get along like they've known each other for their whole life.

After that, even though I never met most of the people there or they only met me when I was

a baby, somehow I still felt connected to them. We were all thinking the same thing, we are family, and we are forever connected.
