Not Just About A Book Club Reads "Disrupt Aging"

Our book club met yesterday Thursday,  March 23rd.  The lunch time meeting was hosted by Kathy R.  

 Her table was a breath of "Spring air" laden with bunnies and treats and a pretty table cloth embroidered with a cheery "Happy Easter" greeting. 

 Kathy had chosen the book titled "Disrupt Aging" written by Jo Ann Jenkins (CEO of AARP) whom Kathy had worked with for a number of years.  

 We are women intent on taking care of ourselves, maintaining healthy bodies, minds and spirit.

 Kathy made a lovely lunch for us.

 A lively discussion followed with lots of great ideas exchanged and of course many many laughs.

Not Just About A Book Club Members Disrupting the Aging process with supportive  and ever positive  shared friendships.

 We love this piece!  She is our joyous mascot for disrupting aging.
