Attended the 36th annual Literary Women Festival of Authors with 800
other women. There were four keynote authors speaking on the writing
process and their most recent books:Amy Bloom "White Houses ", Deborah
Campbell "A Disappearance in Damascus", Attica Locke "Bluebird Bluebird"
and Tayari Jones "An American Marriage". For the small group break out
session I attended a lecture by author Rachel Kading "The Weight of
Ink". It was a really interesting, most inspiring day. I thought about
all my book loving friends and wished you could have been in this
audience. A really extraordinary day.
I believe in love and kindness, family first, deep meaningful friendships, counting one's blessings and giving to others what you yourself need. I strive to see life as a glass half full. I am very grateful for the life I have and all the wonderful people that make this grand adventure so worthwhile.
