Mindfulness

 


 
On this mornings walk I thought about the meaning of mindfulness, intention and acknowledging
one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations.
October 1 will mark two years since my hip replacement and I’m so thankful to be able to move pain free. So often we take the ease of movement for granted. I want to stay in a state of mindfulness and gratitude for this huge gift. Happy Monday everyone and remember to hydrate.
