This was in June 2019 in Rome. It was the year before Covid hit the world and before Rocco and Michael were born. We were with Sofia, Aria and Daniele traveling from southern Italy Basilicata region where we visited Daniele's family making stops in Naples, Pompeii,Rome and Orvieto en route to Florence.
Interesting that yesterday the family made a similar stop in Orvieto and look who climbed the well steps there with Daniele and Sofia. It’s lil 2 1/2 year old Michael! He’s keeping up with the family traditions!
