Mike made a great pizza for dinner tonight using what we had on hand. He
did the dough in the bread maker. Used a small can of tomato sauce with
fresh garlic, oregano, and ground fennel, he sautéed some sliced onion
and mushrooms over mozzarella. We had our last food order delivery
Monday night. We are determined to use what we have and not go shopping
for the next two weeks. This Sunday will be our one month anniversary of
not going out other than walks in the neighborhood and two short
drives. We are trying to do our part to beat Covid19! Joining you all we
are united!
