A Retirement Party for Lenny

One of the nicest mailman in Long Beach has retired. We attended a wonderful party yesterday honoring Lenny hosted by his wife Darlene and children: sons Chris, Michael, and daughter Becky. The amazing and delicious food (cerviche, taco bar, salsas and guacamole) all prepared by Becky's husband Tony! We are so fortunate to have lived next door to Lenny for 34 years and all of that time and more he has delivered mail locally in the coldest wettest winters and throughout the hottest of summers! Thank you Lenny for your hard work, done always with a smile and a sense of humor. You've worked so hard. Happy retirement! Now you are free to do whatever you like. Yippee!
