A Rob Reunion

Spent a wonderful day with my cousin Nancy and our mutual very dear friend from San Francisco Rob.  I met Rob in 1971 on both our first trips to Europe. I was with Nancy in London and we went to Victoria Station to pick up her friend Rob. In January 1975 Mike and I had started to go out and Mike needed a place to stay in the bay area as he had a summer job at UC Berkeley. Rob said Mike could be his room-mate and from that time on we've all three been friends. Of course my cousin Nancy was the one that brought us all together. Rob was at our wedding, helped my aunt with the flowers for the gazebo and has seen our daughters from their early days. He recently visited Athena in Sydney Australia. Rob is here for the week with some friends from London staying on Balboa Island  We had a great lunch at a brand new restaurant called "501 Park". It's a very cute place and the menu is interesting and lunch was great. We took the ferry after hours of talking and enjoyed ice cream (for me) and donuts for Rob and Nancy. Lovely to meet Rob's friends from London the O'Donnell family Kevin, Sally, Oliver and James. I''ll start off with photos of Rob Mike and me in the 1970's and then today's reunion.
